Support & Monitoring
First 12 months included in every build. Then 25% of the build price, once a year.
Perfect for: Anyone we build for. There’s nothing to add on and nothing to decide at handover. It’s already in.
Automation isn’t set-and-forget. The tools it connects to change constantly, usually without warning. When that happens, an unmonitored workflow doesn’t slow down. It stops. And you don’t find out until something that should have happened didn’t.
So every build we deliver comes with a year of us watching it.
What’s included for the first 12 months:
- Monitoring. A small reporting workflow in your own n8n account tells us every day what ran and what failed. We usually know before you do.
- Minor fixes. A URL changes, a connection expires, a tool renames a field, a template has a typo. We fix it, no invoice.
- A monthly report. One page. What ran, what it saved in hours by hand, what broke and was fixed, what changed. Sent with the invoice or on its own.
- Your tools, your accounts. n8n, Claude, hosting, all set up in your name and billed to you directly. You own everything from day one and nothing depends on us to keep running.
What isn’t a minor fix: adding a step or a new tool, changing a business rule, restructuring data, or rebuilding a node because a tool has changed beyond adjustment. Those are quoted before we start, at £500 for a half day or £1,000 for a day, and nothing happens without your approval.
From month 13, you choose. Renew the same cover for a year at 25% of what the build cost, invoiced once, annually. Or go without: the workflows keep running on your own infrastructure, nobody’s monitoring them, and every fix is quoted as it comes.
There’s no monthly option. A monthly line ends up sitting next to your software subscriptions, and this isn’t software. It’s someone watching.

Fractional Automation Advisor

Two advisory calls a month. A quarterly re-run of the full Automation Opportunity Session, included. And when you commission a build, it’s scoped, specced, and checked before it goes live — you never brief a developer.

You’ve had the session, you’ve got workflows live, and now there’s a list: quoting, onboarding, chasing invoices, the reporting you do on a Sunday night. Partner is Phil inside your business every month, working through it.
Three days a month. One is advisory: two calls, a direct Slack channel, a written review of where things stand and what’s next, and a fresh Automation Opportunities Session every quarter. The other two are implementation. Phil builds, extends and refines the workflows agreed on the calls. You don’t brief a developer or review technical work. It turns up, working, on your own tools, in your own accounts.
